What to expect:
In shamanism it’s believed that parts of the soul are free to leave the body. It may do so when dreaming or to protect itself from potentially damaging emotional or physical situations. This is the soul’s “defense mechanism” and is normal and natural. However, sometimes in traumatic situations, the soul piece may not return to the body on its own.
It is believed that when a person goes through an intense, painful and traumatic experience, which, let’s be honest, we all do at one point in our lives, the soul – as a protection mechanism, pulls parts of it out of the body to keep the body from completely shutting down.
A soul retrieval is a powerful spiritual practice that heals soul loss. Soul loss can occur whenever we have trauma in our life.
With the return of pieces, there is a "reawakening" of the body on all levels of itself. Some people feel great joy or a sense of immediate relief, as if a weight is lifted off their shoulders.
What happens in a healing session:

A 90 minute zoom call

I will take you on a journey through visualization, music and sounds to help you get into a state of relaxation and receiving.

I myself will move into an altered state of consciousness to travel to realities outside of normal perception (non-ordinary reality), also known as hidden spirit worlds, to help retrieve the lost part of the soul.

Once the lost soul piece is located, I will acknowledge the former pain and gently negotiate the piece of the soul to return to the body.

I will then bring the piece of the soul back to normal reality and (literally) blow the missing soul part back into body through the head or heart.

I then finish with Auric and Chakra clearing
