Sound Bath in Salt Cave (in-person)

Join me as I take you through a journey of Shamanic Sound Healing in the beautiful setting of the community Valley Salt Cave.

Lie back in a zero gravity chair and relax as you breathe deeply and focus on your energy centers while I create waves of sound using Shamanic tools and Crystal Sound Bowls.

As the salt air is inhaled, it travels through your respiratory system providing relief for those with sinus and breathing ailments such as Asthma and Bronchitis. Dry Salt Therapy may also aid in strengthening the immune system, decreasing mental fatigue and reducing stress.

In this sound bath I will be tuning into the energy of abundance and transmitting those codes onto you through sound and Reiki.
