These Website Terms and Conditions cover the terms on which you may use the site, conduct your business and purchase products.

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the site. By using the site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

 

By clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of the Group Program designated on the Sales Page incorporated by reference herein (hereinafter “Client”) agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by Aurailia Arnold (hereinafter “Coach” "Healer") and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Aurailia Arnold, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

 

USER RIGHTS OF ACCESS

 

You have permission for temporary, non-exclusive use of the site. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or change the content of the site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you and without having any legal responsibility towards you.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

You are not allowed to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, display, transmit, or distribute all or any part of the site.

 

You are also not allowed to license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make the site and/or any documents or online resources on the site available to any third party.

 

You are responsible for configuring your own computer and software to access the material and content on our site including downloadable files. We do not warrant that the way we deliver data to you is compatible with your software or with the way your mobile device, computer or tablet is configured. Although we do our best to protect our site, we are not responsible for any viruses, bugs or similar issues. We advise that you use your own virus protection software to protect yourself.

 

You must treat all identification codes, passwords and other security information that you obtain from use of the site and (where applicable) for you to access parts of the site, as confidential. If we think you have failed to keep confidentiality, we may disable any such information, including your passwords and other codes.

If you allow anyone else to use our site, you must make sure that they read these Terms and Conditions first, and that they agree to and follow them.

 

If you do not use the site according to the law and these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend your usage, or stop it completely and/or such unauthorized may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

 

We frequently update the site and make changes to it, but we have no duty to do this. This means that content on the site may be outdated or incorrect. We will have no liability to you for any losses or damage you may suffer from your reliance on any of our materials.

 

We do not save your credit card details or share customer details with any third parties and we follow our Privacy Policy in handling information about you. By using the site, you agree to us handling this information and confirm that data you provide is accurate.

PAYMENT

 

Due to the subjective nature of the “program” (course, workshop, masterclasses)  provided by Aurailia Arnold, and Aurailia’s inability to control Client’s availability, motivation, external forces, financial situation, or level of engagement in the “program”, Coach is not able to offer refunds once Client has purchased the program.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for any of the products

SHIPPING

​

Order and Tracking:

When you place an order on our store you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number and order details. Order processing can take 1-4 business days depending on order volumes.

Once your order has been scanned and is ready for tracking you will receive an email update containing your tracking number. Please note that sometimes it can take a day or two for your tracking information to show up even after you have received your tracking number. This is due to time between order scans and it is completely normal. We assure you it will not affect your expected delivery date. 

​

Delivery Time:

Estimated shipping in the US can vary from 2-8 business days from the time of processing, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page. Estimated shipping internationally can vary from 7-23 business days from the time of processing, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page. The main reason for this wide range is that every Country and every State/Province has different regulations for processing orders which can affect the delivery times.

 

Import tax & duty:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Delays: 
If you order has been delayed by reasons outside our control such as postal delays, COVID, Customs and various Holidays. Your delivery time may be longer than the estimated delivery time we've provided, by 30 business days or more. We will do our best to help you track down your package and ensure delivery.

How to Track Your Order:

After your order has been dispatched. You'll receive an email with your tracking number included and you can click on the tracking number to follow up. Note: If you try to track your order and it says "Information Received" that means the post office has received information about your order and is waiting for it to arrive in their facility. Please allow a few business days for this to update in their system.

Product Sourcing:
I custom make these products upon order and they are made in Los Angeles CA. I use only the highest grade of ingredients when creating the products.
 

How to receive Shipping Updates: 

If you have not received any shipping updates, and you are outside of the estimated delivery windows, please reach out to us. There may have been an issue with your order (wrong address, non existent or invalid email. No contact info.). Otherwise, as soon as your order is dispatched you will get an email notifying you.

TESTIMONIALS

​

Aurailia Arnold may request Client provide a testimonial to be published on Aurailia Arnold's website, or on various sales materials for this or another Program created by Aurailia Arnold. Client understands that he or she is not required to give any testimony, and understands that the choice to do so is freely up to the Client. There will be no ramifications or change in relationship between Aurailia Arnold and Client if Client refuses testimonial.

If Client accepts and provides Aurailia Arnold with a testimonial, Client understands the material, along with a photo of Client, will likely be published on Aurailia Arnold's website or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Client understands he or she is granting Aurailia Arnold an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to Aurailia Arnold as part of a Testimonial.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

 

Personal information or business information that you supply to the Company through the site, other than information that is in the public domain, will be treated confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party, including for the purposes of marketing, without your prior permission. We will only disclose your information if it is necessary for the performance of our services or where so required by law.

 

VARIATION

 

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please ensure that you check for any changes regularly, as you are bound by them if you use this site.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS  

 

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site including any databases that hold relevant information about the site. They are protected by copyright or trademark registration and you may only use any such material and the documents in line with these Terms and Conditions and this paragraph specifically. If you do not use the materials in line with these Terms and Conditions and this paragraph specifically, you lose your right to use our site, and must destroy or return any copies of documents you have made of it or any part of it. We reserve all our rights conferred to us by law to remedy any such breach.

 

This site contains material which is owned by, or licensed to, us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

 

Aurailia Arnold does not diagnose medical conditions, nor do does she perform medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Aurailia healing and coaching is meant only to compliment medical treatments and not to replace them. We strongly recommend that you see a licensed physician, GP, or other licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment, whether it be acute or chronic, that you may be suffering from or suspect you may have. In no event can Aurailia Arnold be liable in any way, directly or indirectly, for damages resulting from information gained from this website, or from any healing/reiki/coaching hypnosis session or from any online program.

By purchasing the online program, One-on-one program, Energy healing/Reiki session, coaching session, hypnosis session, meditations or any other services and products, you assume all responsibility for outcomes or lack thereof, and you hold harmless Aurailia Arnold.
